Bill started in the insurance business in 1986. He is passionate about the insurance business as well as the future of the business, working to provide the best possible customer service and broadest coverages available. Bill is licensed in commercial insurance and personal lines insurance. He grew up in Sibley Iowa and still lives in Sibley with his wife Jan. He has 5 children and 11 grandchildren. Bill is also quite active in his church and community. He has served on the church board for 4 terms, been treasurer for 3 years and taught high school Sunday for 16 years. He also enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Bill’s hobbies are fishing, hunting, and golfing.
Bill is also involved in the crop insurance profession with various memberships and conferences. He’s been a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa since 1986 and serves as the chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa Rural Agents Conference in Des Moines, Iowa. He is also a board member of the National Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America Crop Insurance task force in Washington D.C. He’s a member of the American Association of Crop Insurers and the Crop Insurance Professionals Association and on the agent advisory committee for NAU Country Insurance Company. Each year Bill attends the National Crop Insurance Service Conference and is a participant of the Big I legislative conference in Washington since 2014.
Teresa started her insurance career in 2000 joining HP Insurance in 2001. She is licensed in all lines of insurance. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and her goal is to build long-lasting relationships with her customers. Teresa lives near Rock Rapids with her husband Chad and two daughters. Throughout her career, she has become involved in projects that give back to the community and industry. For the past 15 years, she has been involved with the youth in her church in the Awana Programs and Sunday School. She is a member of Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa and is currently serving on the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa Rural Agents Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing and cooking.
Tom was hired at HP in September of 2010 as a Crop Insurance Agent. He is licensed in Crop and Personal Lines. His strong background in livestock and grain farming helps him relate and advise his agricultural clients on the needs of their operation. He strives to provide the best coverage for each client, as no one product is best for everyone. Tom is a proud ISU Alumni, President of KROP Inc.; which raises swine, and currently on church council. He is past Agricultural Teacher and Wrestling Coach at Sibley-Ocheyedan. He is married to Becky and proud father of three grown children and grandpa to three beautiful girls. He enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at the lakes.
Becky started her career in the insurance industry with HP Insurance in 2008. She is licensed in personal lines and crop insurance.
She enjoys working with current customers and meeting potential new customers to help them with their insurance needs. She strives to give clients the best possible customer service. She attended Iowa Lakes Community College. She grew up and resides in Sibley with her husband Tom. They have 3 grown children and have been blessed with three granddaughters which includes a set of twins. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, attending school activities, and boating at Okoboji. Becky is currently an officer of PEO, a member of the Sibley-Ocheyedan Community Foundation and helps with 4-H and church activities.
Shannon started in the insurance industry in 2011 when she joined the staff at HP Insurance. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and assisting you with all your personal, commercial and crop insurance needs. She grew up in Lester IA and now resides in Rock Rapids with her husband Kyle and 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children’s activities, boating, and volunteering in the Rock Rapids community, at church and school.
